Northwestern’s 3rd pre-Central APA mini-conference: Wednesday 2/26/2014

The Philosophy Department at Northwestern is proud to announce our 3rd pre-Central APA mini-conference, which will be held on February 26 — the Wednesday prior to the first full day of the 2014 meeting of the Central APA (taking place in Chicago, at the Palmer House, which is accessible by public transportation from Evanston; see here).

The theme of this year’s pre-APA conference is Topics in the Philosophy of Mind.  The speakers are: Carrie Figdor (University of Iowa), Claire MacCumhaill (Durham University), Alyssa Ney (University of Rochester), and Nick Treanor (University of Edinburgh).  All talks will be at the John Evans Center on Northwestern’s Evanston campus (map here).

If you are coming in for the Central APA, consider coming to the pre-APA conference.  For any further information, contact Sandy Goldberg at [s-goldberg@northwestern.edu].
